When you reach the top, hit the checkpoint (Tostarena Ruins Round Tower) and collect your Moon. Watch out as Bullet Bills will mostly launch in twos and threes, so time your jumps and crouches well. This 2D level will follow the curve of the tower. Head to the big cylindrical tower in the middle of the map.
